FA Rank Request Form

When you think its time to go up in rank here on the FA site, fill-out the form below with your request. Ranks on the FA site are based on attendance at FA scheduled games. That means any game that an FA member has had listed on the Schedule page. There are also other ways of obtaining rank, like helping with field prep or writing a review for the website.
